ILCAM6D_OF

ILCAM6D_OF is a stand-alone software package integrated into Rhino CAM taking tool path planning to all processes beyond turning kinematics. It supports 4, 5 or even 6 axes ruling, milling, or grinding to machine complex, integrated optics. It fully interfaces to Innolites DirectDrive3D to generate advanced motion data sets at 10 kHz full axis interpolation. Adding kinematic degrees of freedom does not lead to reduced resolution or speeds as conventional CNC routines would do with a growing number of axes. It is the world leading control architecture for advanced multi-axis ultra-precision machining operation. To conquer complexity, it supports visual tool path simulation, optimization routines and programs interface with ILAnalyze to investigate on the expected machine performance.
